Nakuru National Park Getting a day trip to Lake Nakuru, hop on a super safari jeep and go looking for your favourite wildlife during the Game Drive. Apart from having the highest concentration of wilds, you could regularly see flocks of Lesser Flamingo, which are drawn to the algae that flourishes in the saline waters of the soda lake. Besides flamingos, this place is home to hippos, black and white rhino, Rothschild giraffe, buffalo and eland. After the game drive, transfer to lake Nakuru lodge to savour your dinner overnight at Pristine Lodge.
Lake Naivasha is the highest of the Rift Valley lakes at 1884m above sea level. Hugged by grassy banks and shingled with cacti and sand olive trees, the lake extends like a vast, sunlit sea. This beautiful lake is fringed by Papyrus and acacia trees and supports a vast array of bird species. Take a boat ride to Naivasha’s best kept secret; Crescent Island Game Park. On top of the hill, enjoy 360 degree views across the beautiful lake whilst watching animals grazing with the water shimmering beyond... Aaahh!! This has to be Africa at its Best!!! After lunch, check in to the lodge, free at own leisure and enjoy the lodge facilities. Discover this sublime resort which is not only home to our residence giraffe, waterbuck and both Vervet and Colobus monkeys, but it is also a night stop for the hippos too.
Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve with 4WD Land Cruiser. Experience how the Masai people live in the middle of the bush with zebras grazing and lions roaring just outside their homes and get to know their culture and customs on a visit to the Traditional Maasai Village. The majority of Maasai still practice their traditional way of life and live as pastoralists with cattle at the centre of their culture and social life. They are very proud to welcome guests and share stories about their everyday life in the bush. Upon arrival, transfer to the Superior Tented Camp in Maasai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy your dinner and spend the rest of the night at the camp which sits on the pre-historical land of 25 million years.
