About this tour

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Once the booking fee is paid, it is deemed that the customer has agreed to the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

2. All flights, itineraries, meals, hotels, and transportation arrangements are provisional and subject to final confirmation.

3. We reserve the right to alter the sequence or amend the itinerary at any time, with or without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of force majeure.

4. Sightseeing places are subject to erratic weather conditions caused by climate change.

5. Oscar Holidays Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel the package if the number of participants is less than 25 paying passengers.

6. These packages are under Series Group Departures. If the group size falls below the minimum requirement of 25 paying passengers, customers will be informed in accordance with company SOP at least one (1) month before departure. Customers may choose one of the following options:

   a. Supplement of package price difference, to be advised
   b. Postponement of travel
   c. Change or postponement to another destination
   d. Refund of amount paid, subject to an administrative fee of RM 300

7. Not all hotels have rooms that accommodate three (3) persons. Therefore, an extra bed or mattress only (subject to hotel availability) will be provided in twin-sharing rooms where applicable.

8. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of travel.

9. It is the responsibility of tour members to ensure that their names are not blacklisted by any regulatory bodies in Malaysia or at the destination, which may prohibit overseas travel or arrival.

10. Oscar Holidays Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible or liable if any tour member is denied travel by the Malaysian Immigration authorities. Tour fares paid will not be refunded.

11. Group quotations are based on the current exchange rates as follows:

a. USD 1.00 equivalent to MYR 4.8
b. EUR 1.00 equivalent to MYR 5.0

c. Oscar Holidays will absorb currency depreciation up to the following limits:
• USD 1.00 equivalent to MYR 4.9
• EUR 1.00 equivalent to MYR 5.1

d. If the exchange rate exceeds MYR 4.8 against USD 1.00 by 30 June 2024, the quotation will be revised accordingly, and participants shall bear the difference.

12. Oscar Holidays is not responsible for omissions, printing, and/or presentation errors in brochures or any media where such information may be presented. Oscar Holidays reserves the right to make corrections as required.

13. Every person participating in Oscar Holidays’ tours shall travel at his or her own risk. Oscar Holidays shall not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in transport services, sickness, weather conditions, strikes, war, or other causes.
