TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once the booking fee is paid, it is deemed that the customer has agreed to the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
All flights, itineraries, meals, hotels, and transportation arrangements are provisional and subject to final confirmation.
We reserve the right to alter the sequence or amend the itinerary at any time, with or without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of force majeure.
Sightseeing places are subject to erratic weather conditions caused by climate change.
Oscar Holidays Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel the package if the number of participants is less than 25 paying passengers.
These packages are under Series Group Departures. If the group size falls below the minimum requirement of 25 paying passengers, customers will be informed in accordance with company SOP at least one (1) month before departure. Customers may choose one of the following options:
a. Supplement of package price difference, to be advised
b. Postponement of travel
c. Change or postponement to another destination
d. Refund of amount paid, subject to an administrative fee of RM 300
Not all hotels have rooms that accommodate three (3) persons. Therefore, an extra bed or mattress only (subject to hotel availability) will be provided in twin-sharing rooms where applicable.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of travel.
It is the responsibility of tour members to ensure that their names are not blacklisted by any regulatory bodies in Malaysia or at the destination, which may prohibit overseas travel or arrival.
Oscar Holidays Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible or liable if any tour member is denied travel by the Malaysian Immigration authorities. Tour fares paid will not be refunded.
Group quotations are based on the current exchange rates as follows:
a. USD 1.00 equivalent to MYR 4.8
b. EUR 1.00 equivalent to MYR 5.0
c. Oscar Holidays will absorb currency depreciation up to the following limits:
• USD 1.00 equivalent to MYR 4.9
• EUR 1.00 equivalent to MYR 5.1
d. If the exchange rate exceeds MYR 4.8 against USD 1.00 by 30 June 2024, the quotation will be revised accordingly, and participants shall bear the difference.

Every person participating in Oscar Holidays’ tours shall travel at his or her own risk. Oscar Holidays shall not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in transport services, sickness, weather conditions, strikes, war, or other causes.
Gather at KLIA 4 hours before departure, check in and depart.
Arriving in Vienna, head straight to Designer Outlet Parndorf to shop a
variety of designer goods.
Then continue to Budapest.
Arrive in Budapest, check into the hotel. Overnight in Budapest.
Breakfast at the hotel. Then, continue the Budapest City Tour. This charming
city is located on the banks of the romantic Danube River which involves two
areas known as the Buda & Pest area. The tour will cover the area of Hero’s
Square, Old Town, Grand Parliament, Fisherman’s Bastion & Buda Castle
Have lunch and enjoy a relaxing time in the Market Hall.
Continue onward to Poprad a city in northern Slovakia at the foot of the
Tatras Mountains, famous for its attractive landscape.
Breakfast and check out. Then, depart for Zakopane, stopping briefly at Ski
Centrum Zdiar for a photo stop with the beautiful Tatra Mountain View.
Arrive in Zakopane & enjoy free time on Krupówki Street.
Then, leave for Krakow while enjoying the view of the village and the
beautiful Tatra Mountain range. Arrive in Krakow, enjoy lunch before starting
a tour around the city of Krakow including the Market Square, the Royal
Palace, the Cathedral and the Cloth Hall. Spend your free time around
Krakow's Old Town.
After breakfast, continue to visit one of the biggest tourist attractions in
Poland and listed by UNESCO - The Wieliczka Salt Mines.
Enjoy a 2-hour tour. After lunch, continue to the city of Wroclaw and then
enjoy a short walking tour of Wroclaw, the largest city in Western Poland. It is
located on the banks of the Oder River and is famous for its beautiful
medieval architecture in Wroclaw's Old Town.
Breakfast, continue to the east of Germany, Kromlau Park to see the
Rakotzbrücke (also called the Devil's Bridge) which was specially built in the
mid-19th century. Famous for its unique circular bridge architecture and
considered one of the most beautiful romantic bridges in Europe.
Continue south through the Spreewald Forest to the town of Lubbenau
which has a traditional roadless village. Enjoy a 45-minute canal boat ride to
see the picturesque village with its waterways. You will hear the story of this
village yourself from the 'captain' of the rowing boat. Continue to Berlin for
the night.
Breakfast and continue to enjoy a ful day tour in Berlin.
The tour covers historic parts of the Cold War such as the East Side Gallery,
the Berlin Wall, Check Point Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin
Hard Rock Cafe
We will also go to 'The Museum Island'
, a museum complex in the northern
part of Spree Island, which is the most visited historic centre in the German
capital.
Breakfast and departure to Dresden for a visit to the historic city of Saxony
where the royal government with a palace and a large church stand out on
the banks of the river.
Enjoy a relaxing time visiting historic areas such as the Zwinger,
Frauenkirche & Semperoper.
We say goodbye to Germany, crossing into Czech Republic and to Prague.
Breakfast at the hotel. Cesky Krumlov Tour - with a local guide, climb up to
the Cesky Krumlov Castle Complex for a great view of the city. You will hear
stories about the history of Cesky Krumlov as well as castle myths that have
been passed down from generation to generation.
Leave for Hallstatt which is also known as one of the most beautiful and most
popular villages in Austria.
Enjoy a relaxing time in Hallstatt, a unique mountain town setting on the
edge of Hallstatter See.
Have a relaxing tour while taking pictures at the lake and unique houses.
Breakfast at the hotel, start the tour of Bled and Bohinj. Lake Bohinj - the
largest natural lake in Slovenia located in the valley between the Triglav
National Park and the Julian Alps. Continue to Lake Bled, considered the
most popular and beautiful lake in Slovenia. (OPTION: BLED CASTLE - RM

Continue to Ljubljana for a short orientation visit to the Art Nouveau Dragon
Bridge, named and modeled after the city's mascot, the dragon. Continue
relaxing along the river, to Presernov Square, after which you will cross the
Three Bridges, created by the famous architect Joe Plenik
After breakfast continue to enjoy the 'City Tour' about the history of the
Habsburg Dynasty in Vienna. Begin your visit to Schönbrunn Palace which is
considered one of the most beautiful summer Palace models in Europe.
Then, take a stroll and walk to Vienna's Old Town and admire historical
complexes such as the Hofburg Palace, Imperial Boulevards and The State
Opera House. Then, depart for the airport for the return flight
